Resident Fellows join the Woezo academic community and work alongside educators and students.
YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENT FELLOW
Residents may:
- Mentor K–12 STEM students
- Lead robotics and engineering laboratories
- Teach coding and computer science workshops
- Support AI and technology projects
- Assist with curriculum development
- Guide student innovation challenges
- Participate in educational research
- Help organize STEM competitions and hackathons
- Collaborate on community outreach initiatives
This is practical leadership experience with lasting educational impact.
GLOBAL STUDENT EXCHANGE
Innovation thrives through collaboration. Undergraduate students from different countries and disciplines work on projects addressing real-world challenges.

Selected participants may later transition to in-person residency opportunities in Ada Foah, Ghana.
